More movement

Short movements during the day can significantly improve mood, concentration, and energy levels. You don't have to do much, it's important to get moving.

Less scrolling

Time spent on the phone often tires us more than we notice. Replace some of that time with movement and feel the difference today.

Every step counts

You don't need to train or make big plans. Get up, stretch, take a walk and take the first step towards a more active day.

Real life is off the screen

The most beautiful moments happen when you get away from your phone, go outside and focus on yourself and your body.

What is the European Week of Sport?

The European Week of Sport (#BeActive) is an initiative of the European Commission launched in 2015 with the aim of promoting sport and physical activity across Europe. Every year, from 23 to 30 September, millions of people take part in events that celebrate the joy of movement and active life.

The Ministry of Sport and Youth, as the National Coordination Body, strives to encourage the public to be active throughout the year, and the goal of the European Week of Sport is to promote physical activity, regardless of age or physical fitness, while educating citizens about healthy lifestyles.
